Our story
How it started
Caseo was born from a simple observation: Czech and Slovak property owners on Costa del Sol deserved a management partner who truly understood them — someone who spoke their language, shared their work ethic, and could be reached on the phone when it mattered.
Ondřej brought years of hands-on experience managing 78+ properties across Czech mountain regions. Jiří brought technology expertise and deep knowledge of Costa del Sol, having studied and lived there. Together, they built Caseo to bridge the gap between Central European reliability and the beauty of the Spanish coast.
Today, Caseo manages a portfolio of hand-picked apartments and villas on Costa del Sol — all professionally cleaned, personally inspected, and supported by a team that is always reachable.
